Mindful Me Retreat - We spend nearly 50% of our time in auto-pilot , either thinking about the future or dwelling on past events, caught up in thinking that causes us to miss the power of now! This is a mini retreat incorporating mindfulness activities, including mindful meditation, mindful movement and mindful eating, as well as relaxation.
