Mindful Me Retreats -
We spend nearly 50% of our time in auto-pilot , either thinking about the future or dwelling on past events,  caught up in thinking that causes us to miss the power of now! This is a  mini retreat incorporating mindfulness activities, including mindful meditation, mindful movement and mindful eating, as well as relaxation. You will learn how to live life more engaged with the present moment so that you can find peace, calm, and happiness no matter what is happening around you. Next retreat TBA.

Your Brain on Paper - a 4 week Focused Journalling Programme, 2 hours per week in a small group environment. Next programme dates TBA.
